Mahendra’s professional journey began in sales in 1995 as a Sales Manager at Software Architects, where he worked for a decade. He then joined VENUS Safety & Health Pvt. Ltd. as Business Development Manager in Apr 2005. Over 15 years there, he worked there and led market penetration and export sales growth initiatives, climbing the ladder to become the marketing manager. These roles established a foundation that prepared Mahendra to bridge technology, strategy, and business and drive growth.
In 2020, Mahendra moved into a leadership position at Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses Pvt. Ltd. and served as the Head of Global Sales. In this role, he boosted the sales and drove overall growth, honing his skills in aligning sales and marketing strategies with business goals. His strategic approach to the industry stood even more evident after he joined Kingfa Science and Technology.

His educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Rai University and a B.Com., from Dempo College of Commerce and Economics, Goa University.
