Entrepreneur Outlook proudly features Virtual Take as one of the successful emerging digital ventures, led by the dynamic Vidushi Tayal. With a mission to empower brands by giving them a distinct virtual voice, Vidushi has swiftly positioned Virtual Take as a standout digital marketing agency known for its creative storytelling, impactful branding strategies, and client-first approach. Let’s dive in the exclusive conversation held by our team with Vidushi:
Entrepreneur Outlook: If you could describe your brand’s journey in one powerful statement, what would it be?
Vidushi Tayal: “Built on grit, led by gut — powered by women, driven by vision.”
Entrepreneur Outlook: How would you describe your business portfolio?
Vidushi Tayal: Virtual Take is a women-led, all-women digital marketing agency that partners primarily with women-led brands. We specialize in crafting brand identities, running high-performance social campaigns, developing custom websites, curating wedding invites, and delivering emotionally resonant storytelling — all under one roof.
Our portfolio spans industries, but our heart beats for direct-to-consumer brands — from luxury fashion designers and fine jewellers to kidswear startups and homegrown skincare lines. We’ve also built buzz for exhibitions, food brands, artists, salons, and mompreneurs. What unites our clients isn’t their product — it’s their vision. And we’re the creative engine that helps them bring it to life.
Entrepreneur Outlook: What core innovation/ breakthrough has positioned your brand as a leader in your targeted industry?
Vidushi Tayal: We didn’t just start an agency — we built a movement. Our breakthrough? Treating social media like cinema and brands like characters.
We reject the standard “post & ghost” model of content marketing. Instead, we immerse ourselves in the emotion, voice, and story of each brand. For us, a reel isn’t just a trend to hop on — it’s a 15-second film with heart. A caption isn’t a filler copy — it’s character dialogue. Take our Galentine’s campaign for example: a Bollywood-style dance reel celebrating seven real women, designed for a fashion brand. It wasn’t just content; it became a movement of joy. Or our “Mind Matters” pop-up at malls & cafes — where we asked strangers one simple question: How are you, really? No products were sold — but trust was built. That’s our innovation. We give brands a soul. The result? Scroll-stopping engagement and emotional brand loyalty.
Entrepreneur Outlook: How has your brand redefined customer expectations since its inception?
Vidushi Tayal: We’ve challenged the idea that agencies should only “execute.” We co-create with our clients — as creative partners, brand therapists, and hype squads. When we onboard a client, we don’t just ask what their logo should look like — we ask what keeps them up at night, what their brand would sound like if it had a voice, what their customer should feel when they see their product.
We’ve redefined timelines. Our team once coordinated a 3-city Valentine’s campaign for three brands in three industries — fashion, beauty, and kidswear — in under 10 days. And no, it didn’t feel rushed. It felt magic. We’re not a service provider. We’re an experienced creator.
Entrepreneur Outlook: Can you share a defining moment that marked a turning point in your brand’s expansion?
Vidushi Tayal: In 2024, I took a call from a client… on my wedding day. Not because I had to — but because I wanted to. That moment crystallized the spirit of entrepreneurship for me: work isn’t an on/off switch. It flows with your life. That mindset helped us attract a tribe of clients who love our hustle — and a team that breathes creativity without clocking out.
A month later, I moved to San Francisco after marriage and lost a chunk of my Hyderabad-based clientele. It was a gut- punch. But it forced me to think global. I started building a US branch of Virtual Take while reworking our service model to be more scalable, more AI-integrated, and more flexible across time zones. That moment — personal and professional chaos colliding — became our second birth.
Entrepreneur Outlook: How is your brand integrating sustainability into its business model beyond just compliance?
Vidushi Tayal: We believe that ethical marketing is sustainable marketing. We actively seek out eco-conscious brands — like the lab-grown diamond brand we partnered with for a Mother’s Day campaign featuring mompreneurs. We spotlight clients who are ethical in sourcing, production, and purpose — and help them tell their story in a way that feels aspirational, not preachy.
Internally, we’ve embraced a fully remote model, minimizing our environmental footprint. Our team prioritizes low-waste production for physical campaigns, encourages digital-first strategies, and often chooses less is more when it comes to ad fatigue and over-targeting. Sustainability for us isn’t a trend. It’s how we future-proof creativity.
Entrepreneur Outlook: What are your views on ethical leadership, and how do you ensure that it is embedded in your culture?
Vidushi Tayal: Ethical leadership starts with radical empathy. We’ve built a culture where kindness and clarity go hand-in- hand. We celebrate wins loudly, but we also normalize bad days, creative blocks, and mental health breaks. Our team members are encouraged to say “I need help” without fear of judgment — and our clients trust us because they know we lead with integrity, not ego.
As an all-women team working with women-led brands, our ethical lens is sharp — from inclusive casting and body-positive visuals to respectful copywriting and fair pay for freelancers. We don’t just lead with creativity. We lead with conscience.
Entrepreneur Outlook: How is your brand leveraging AI, automation, or blockchain to drive business transformation?
Vidushi Tayal: We’re in the early stages of launching our AI- powered content engine — a tool that blends predictive analytics with brand tone recognition. It’s designed to help e-commerce brands automate campaign planning without losing their personality. Think of it as a creative co-pilot. We’ve also started using automation in community management, content scheduling, and performance analytics — freeing our team to focus on strategy and storytelling. Our goal? To make tech feel human and keep creativity scalable.
Entrepreneur Outlook: As a leader, what bold decisions have you made that propelled your brand forward? Vidushi Tayal:
• Niching down to primarily focusing on women-led brands. It felt risky, but it gave us unmatched clarity and brand voice.
• Letting go of toxic clients. Even when it hurt revenue.
• Turning away “easy” campaigns that lacked soul. We’re not for everyone — and that’s our power.
• Saying yes to chaos. From running a three-campaign day to working across time zones — we say yes first, and figure it out fast.
Boldness is our default setting. We’ve never played it safe — and we don’t plan to start.
Entrepreneur Outlook: What advice would you give to emerging entrepreneurs looking to build a global brand?
Vidushi Tayal: Start small. Think loud. Move fast. Learn faster. Don’t wait to have it all figured out. Start with one offer, one client, one spark of belief. Build community before you build a pitch deck. And when things fall apart (because they will), pivot without panic. Your voice is your biggest brand asset — sharpen it. And most importantly, don’t copy success. Craft your own flavor. The world doesn’t need another agency. It needs your story.
Entrepreneur Outlook: Where do you see your brand five years from now? What steps are you taking today to achieve that vision?
Vidushi Tayal: In five years, Virtual Take will be the go-to creative powerhouse for D2C brands globally. We’ll have offices across the globe. Our AI platform will power custom campaign strategies for boutique brands. And we’ll still be dancing between campaigns — literally. Today, I’m investing in that vision by:
• Expanding our team internationally
• Partnering with tech consultants to build AI tools
• Building brand equity beyond just client work We’re not growing to become bigger.
We’re growing to become iconic.
