She is an alumna of Columbia Business School, where she did her MBA after graduating in mathematics from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania.The dynamic business lady started her career as a Financial Institutions Investment Banker at Bear Stearns soon after graduating. Before the financial crisis, she worked on some of the most intriguing recapitalisation and M&A deals. Later, she relocated to the World Bank, where she worked as a member of a small Asset and Liability Management Team and coordinated with finance ministries throughout the globe to manage the balance sheets in terms of multilateral exposure. She also worked for McKinsey & Co. in New York City before joining Tata Capital%u2019s Growth Fund as a private equity analyst.She laid the foundation of Seven Hats Consulting ten years ago, and ever since, she has effectively led the company and elevated it to higher latitude.
